Background
UFC Fight Night 15 (aka Ultimate Fight Night 15 and UFC Fight Night: Diaz vs. Neer) was a 10-bout fight card held on September 17, 2008 at the Omaha Civic Auditorium in Omaha, Nebraska.
The card aired lived on SpikeTV at 9pm ET and served as a lead in to The Ultimate Fighter: Team Nogueira vs. Team Mir.
A lightweight match-up between TUF 5 lightweight winner, Nate Diaz and Josh Neer served as the night's main event.

Pre-Event Notes
Jeremy Horn was originally slated to face Wilson Gouveia but pulled out with injury and was replaced with Ryan Jensen.
This was both Wilson Gouveia and Alessio Sakara's first fight at the new weight of 185 lbs. (middleweight).
Australian Brad Morris was also dropping to the light heavyweight class for the first time in his career.
