He stands 6 ft. 2 in. (188 cm) tall and fights in the welterweight division (170 lbs.).

The Ultimate Fighter

Daniel Cramer earned a spot on The Ultimate Fighter: Team Rampage vs. Team Forrest through a 3-0 amateur record. To earn a spot in the house, Cramer defeated Jeremiah Riggs via unanimous decision.

In episode 6, Cramer was selected by opposing Team Forrest to face Luke Zachrich. Cramer scored an upset victory as he stopped Zachrich with strikes in the second round to earn a spot in the quarter finals.

Cramer faced the much more experienced, Tim Credeur in the quarters and after looking good early was eventually submitted with a heel hook and knocked out of the competition.

UFC

An injury prevented Cramer from making his professional mixed martial arts debut at The Ultimate Fighter 7 Finale. He instead made his professional and UFC debut on the undercard of UFC 94 on January 31, 2009.

Cramer faced TUF 6's Matt Arroyo and after three close rounds prevailed via split decision to earn his first professional victory.

At UFC 101, Cramer will face fellow TUF 7 contestant, Matt Riddle on the show's undercard.
