Brock Lesnar is widely considered to be one of the best wrestlers to ever compete in Mixed Martial Arts. In his senior year at Webster High School, in Webster South Dakota, he ended the season with a perfect record off 33-0. After high school Lesnar attended Bismarck Junior College, and finished both years as an NJCAA All-American.
Lesnar's continued success eventually lead to a full scholarship during his last two years of college, during which he attended the University of Minnesota. While competing as a Minnesota Golden Gopher he went on to become a two-time NCAA All-American, two-time Big Ten Champion, and the 2000 NCAA heavyweight champion. Lesnar's overall collegiate record stands at 106 wins, with only 5 losses.

Entering the WWE Lesnar was dubbed "The Next Big Thing". After a successful career in the world of sports entertainment, which included being; the youngest WWE champion in history, the second American to face a fellow countrymen in a title fight in Japan, the most recent American to be stripped of a title in Japan, and in at least four law suits - he decided to leave the world of pro wrestling. The next big thing for Lesnar was a short-lived attempt at a football career.
Having tried his hand at various athletic pursuits Brock turned his attention to MMA. Taking up training at Minnesota Martial Arts Academy Lesnar excelled and decided to make his professional debut. And at K-1 HERO's - Dynamite!! USA, Lesnar dominated his foe, Min Soo Kim, winning by Submission (Strikes) at 1:09 of the first round.
Seeing the potential of "The Next Big Thing" Zuffa contracted Lesnar to fight in the UFC. His first match in the Octagon would see him facing former Heavyweight Champion, Frank Mir. Mir caught Lesnar with a Kneebar following a questionable point deduction pause by referee Steve "The Stache" Mazzagatti. In his most recent outing, Lesnar defeated veteran competitor Heath Herring.
