Brendan Schaub (born x, 1983) is an American professional mixed martial artist training out of Jackson's Submission Fighting in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Early Career
Brendan Schaub made his professional mixed martial arts debut on June 13, 2008 for the Ring of Fire promotion. His debut was a fast one as blew through Jay Lester, stopping him with strikes in just 30 seconds.
After a knee injury suffered by his opponent in his next bout gave him his second TKO victory, Schaub kicked off 2009 with two more lightning fast stoppages to impressively move to 4-0 in under three minutes of total fight time.
The Ultimate Fighter
Midway through 2009 it was announced that Schaub had been picked up as one of 16 heavyweight contestants on the 10th season of The Ultimate Fighter, The Ultimate Fighter: Heavyweights.
